One interview with the regional manager. I was promoted within. I had already worked for the company for almost a year before given the opportunity to run my own store.

If you took over the store, what would be the first three things you looked at?
The interviews seem unorganized, random simple questions, most of the interview is them laying out their expectations in a variety of areas which are to numerous for the interview process. I got the impression that the regional manager is at home most of the day most days.

Applied online, recieved a phone screen from Human Resources and face-to-face interview with Regional Manager the following week. A face-to-face offer was made by the Regional Manager the week after.
