I interviewed three times. Each time was more in depth and specific to my management style. Visiting the site to interview was very helpful. I did not realize the level of security required, so it was good to know that ahead of time. I interviewed each time with the center director. After some general questions regarding my background, he asked specific questions re: motivating staff and increasing enrollment numbers.
