We're very sorry that you had a negative experience with our application process. To address your concerns: indeed, our application process is fairly extensive as there are 6 stages in total. Regarding Nevis, this is indeed an island but is US territory and, of course, has labor laws accordingly. Regarding breaches of contract and penalties, we do not charge any money at any stage of the application and the clauses you mention only apply for very specific circumstances (like conflicts of interests, for example), not for cellphone use.
