The interview process was very efficient and the recruiter I worked with was great. Where the negative part comes in was when the hiring manager called me to offer me the position he also informed me they were working on the compensation and I should hear back in a few days. Well a week later he called me back to inform me they decided to go with someone else so I was no longer getting the job.

Quick moving interview process with a project at the end. No formal HR team so hard to get a sense of priorities and direction of the company/overall culture. Recruiting team was speedy with responses.
