The recruiter didn't seem interested in listening to the answers, and it almost looked like she had already selected someone else for the role. The lack of interest was insulting and demotivating.

Entrevista
Initial call with the hiring manager, follow-up deep dive with the hiring manager, final interview was a panel interview with case study/presentation with hiring manager and two colleagues.
Overall was a pleasant enough experience, though they were slow to communicate at a few points. In the end, I think I was their back-up, so I dangled for a week longer than they had said while I assume their first choice negotiated the offer. I don't think they knew exactly what they wanted from this role which likely contributed to the back and forth.
The hiring manager was lovely and I think would have been a dream to work with. Everyone I met was nice, and I got the sense they actually believed in their espoused values.
