Contacted directly by hiring manager, couple of phone interviews with department heads, then one 2-3 hour in-person interview with them and one other long-term team member. 3-4 weeks total time between first contact and completion

I began with phone interview and then traveled to the NY/NJ offices for in-person interviews. Overall I participated in 6 interviews. In some cases, especially with other editors, the questions were relatively easy. When I interviewed with members of the sales team they asked much harder questions.
