The head of the dealership brought me into his office and started trying to sell the dealership to me (maybe because I have a college degree or maybe because dealerships take almost anyone...I don't care to ever know). I didn't even have to speak. He then slid me a piece of paper and said that he doesn't hand these offers out to just anybody. That is a lie because I saw the two people who interviewed before me walk out with the same piece of paper (thankfully I was wearing my glasses). You have to expect that in this type of industry because of the turnover rate and the fact that you don't know who will show up for training. Car salesmen are very good at talking.

I’m got hired on the spot. They loved me even though I had only one year of experience. I’m excited to see what I can do in this company. They mentioned a lot of opportunities to expand and grow. I am coming from a much smaller dealership with a different clientele but hopefully things will turn out even better than how they were before.
