firstly there was online test in which they asked technical, c language and aptitude.online test was a bit difficult and very time constrained then there was telephonic interview round. here only ony guy from company called and ask question

-Speak with representative at conference and if they're interested in you then they'll email you about scheduling an interview.
-they'll interview you for about 20 mins and say that you'll hear back from them
-btw there will be about 8 questions in th interview and all will be behavioral based (non-technical)
-you never hear back from them
