A third-party recruiter agency initially headhunted me. This was the first step in the process. Secondly, a Microsoft Team call with the hiring manager was set up and scheduled a few days later, afterwards, I waited a few days to receive the thumbs up
Phone call screening, then it lead to one virtual interview with one of the engineers I would have been working with had I got the job and got a position on the mechanical engineering team at deere
Straight foreword interview process. It included behavioral questions only using STAR method. 5-7 question for each interview. There was a total of 2 rounds of interviews each with a 2 person panel.
Star Format on behavioral questions with 2 panels. Asked about myself then describe themselves. Then asked 5 behavioral questions in each interview. Then provided me with the opportunity to ask question related to the job.
