Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa John Hancock (Boston, MA).
Entrevista
Had an intro phone call followed by an interview day of 5 managers with mostly behavioral questions. Process took about two weeks. The process was intense for the position that is for and was told a low-ball salary for the position itself and for the area that the job was located (40K in Boston). Also wanted me to obtain further education with minimal pay increase. In addition, there were interviewers late to the interview itself.
The interview process was not a difficult one. There isn't much prior information required and the difficultly of questions isn't very high. The process is mostly to see if you will be a good fit for the position and within the team. Most places say their culture matters, but John Hancock actually means that, and your personality during the interview is the most important factor to determine if you'll get to the next step. You'll meet most or all of the management staff for the team, so expect at least 3-4 separate interviews over multiple weeks.
