Initial interview with research group leader and various post-docs, well organized and was given the opportunity to share skills and expertise relevant to the position through a presentation format, and answer questions related to position requirements.

The interview panel was kind and asked personal and professional questions, such as my current role, my ability to overcome obstacles and why I would choose that job. They made me comfortable during the interview starting with their background before dwelling into my experience.
