Very easygoing process. Applied and got job offer within 1 week. About 10 people with 3 interviewers observing how we contributed and collaborated with the group. We had 4 scenario questions where we had 5 mins to make individual notes and then 15 mins to discuss, whole process took 45 mins.

Group discussion with couple of questions about how to improve in-store policy, customers' relationship, new christmas theme idea, etc.. There was no individual interview in this job interview. At the end of the interview, each of us fill a time availbility form.
