Very long, you had to carry out an application process online which was fairly straightforward, and then you were asked to attend a group interview. This took a full day, which was very tedious. I was put on a candidate bank for a few months before being offered a position.

Group task (icebreakers then problem solving) followed by individual interviews and a task where we had to help a fake customer (one of the hiring staff) decide which vacuum cleaner to order based on the features they wanted in it

Assessment Process both group and individual over a period of two hours as informal as they could possibly be but very professional. Tried to make all attendees as at ease as possible. Gave a great deal of information about the company but felt they dis not delve as deep as they could with the applicants.
