Entrevista
Applied online, did a few 'tests' which were quite mundane. I then heard back a week later that I was chosen for an interview and needed to do some pre-interview work (2x moodboards).
The interview was a group interview and there was 3 of us. They gave us some scenarios and we have to solve them. We then went for out 1-1s. I did 2 moodboards and display ideas I explained these in thorough detail and why I did them. I received an offer 2 weeks later.

Easy process, in person interview with VM manager and after with a shop floor manager. During the interview there was some written VM scenarios. Around 20 ministers long, got back with a week

Had to do a 10 minute presentation displaying key trends in relation to JL and what their competitors are, then had to answer normal interview questions. Like why you want to work for the company and what you expect your day to day to look like
