Entrevista
I applied for a Seasonal Sales Assistant position at High Wycombe in October 2015. After applying, I had to do 3 assessments. An email came afterwards telling me to select a date for the group assessment. I went along where there were about 20-30 other people. We were walked into a room with 3 tables and 3 assessors who were sat at a table each. We were then given a group activity to do which lasted 15-20 minutes and then an individual activity which lasted about 15 minutes. After a few days, I got an email telling me I had been unsuccessful. At least they don't keep people waiting!

Group interview and scenario based task. Important to show teamwork and also leadership. 6-8 other applicants sat in a room with 3 managers who watched the process. Was presented with a task, had individual thinking time and then a discussion.

Entrevista
Firstly I did an online assessment which I had passed so was put through to the next stage which was a group assessment. This involved reading a scenario on your own for 5 minutes and then discussing as a group for another 20 minutes. You had to discuss which tasks you would do first and in order of priority while the assessor is sitting at the table watching everyone discussing the task. After this we had to do an individual task for 20 minutes which was three scenarios which could happen in store and for each you had to write how you would approach it.
