The interview had two parts. The first one was an hour long group exercise, where we've been divided into smaller groups to create and then present an outfit according to the criteria. It was followed by a one-to-one interview focusing on the candidate's availability, experience and personal characteristics. Overall, I think it is quite long considering that the online application process you have to pass to get invited to an interview, takes about an hour to complete as well. Considering the pay, it is rather excessive.
