Entrevista
The process was: Virtual zoom screen, in person interview, virtual interview with senior leaders. After the second interview in which the leadership was obviously distracted and rudely doing work during the interview, I didn’t hear ANYTHING from HR for THREE WEEKS. in fact, they sent a survey asking how my interview experience was BEFORE even telling me I didn’t get the job. Highly disorganized.
