Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Johns Hopkins Health System em jan. de 2019
Entrevista
I applied online. I had to play phone tag with the HR recruiter until one of us was available. I was given a date to come in for an interview. I was asked questions off of a questionnaire that were basic interview questions. After that, I had to have an interview with the unit manager and shadowed another PCT for about 3 hours. I then had to come in for a physical as well as a sort of strength test. It was a stationary machine that you had to exert force on. I had to do a drug test and all of the standard hiring processes. Once all was said and done and I accepted the position, I had to come in for one week Mon-Fri for 8 hours each day for hospital orientation. May take a while to schedule if you are still in school since it is only offered every once in a while. Also, during my orientation, I had to take their version of a PCT knowledge test since I did not get my certification through them. If you fail, you have to go through their PCT course.

It was quick, easy, and simple! They kept it brief, asked a few questions and that’s about it! They were very kind, patient and understanding of my situation and were able to compromise!

Asked basic questions about why I wanted the job, my experience and where I was in school and where I wanted to see my career. It was myself, the "unit manager" I would be working under (my supervisor), director of nursing and the nurse recruiter.
