Share Time - estimated 3 hours introduction to the floor and the climate of the team along with an interview with the nurse manager. Depending on the floor, wear professional/interview clothing but comfy shoes. You will shadow several nurses and the different roles each nurse may have on the team. If there are other interdisciplinary staff, you will learn their general role in patient care on the floor.
