First scheduled zoom meeting with recruiter and had 30min interview and she told me about this position. Then she scheduled me 1hr interview with manager. It has clinical and non clinical questions.

The interview process itself was fairly straightforward, though the atmosphere made it the strangest interview experience I've ever had. The nurse manager who conducted the interview seemed completely detached from the conversation and barely made eye contact with me the entire time, which created a very unusual dynamic. Despite the strange vibe from the manager, the actual content of the interview was fine. The questions were very standard for a nursing role. At the end, the hiring manager provided a good opportunity for me to ask my own questions about the unit and the role.

Entrevista
I applied through their portal and heard back from a recruiter a week after. Scheduled a zoom meeting w/ her and then she scheduled me for an interview right away. Had my interview and then shadowed a nurse for 2 hours. Interview was at 9 ended at 10am from there until 12pm I shadowed a nurse. Was interviewed with a leader and assistant leader.
