The interview process was standard. I received a tour of the plant and met with members of the leadership team individually. It was very relaxed. The turnaround time was longer than expected and communication was slow.

First was Phone Screen with recruiter, Phone Interview with HR manager, Onsite Interview with Leadership Team, offer pending Background Check and Drug Screen, then officially start. Alot of steps but fairly straight forward.
