Basic HR screen then pushed me to a regional exec in another state for second interview. That person barely asked me any questions and told me all the negatives of the position and challenges of the company at the time. Told me I was overqualified but would push me through to next steps. Never heard back from anyone and HR never responded to my follow-up.

Pretty straightforward, had me do a presentation on sales and why I would be the best fit. Sat in a panel and was asked an array of questions ranging from myself to my knowledge on spirits. Overall, it was a good experience and very standard.
