Initial screening call with recruiter to discuss experience, reason for interest in the role, and availability if successful. Very casual call and learnt about the company.
Progressed to first interview via Teams. This was a more in depth discussion regarding my previous roles and qualifications. Gave me the opportunity to learn more about Johnson Hana. Interview went very positively and ended with casual discussion around personal interests outside of work. This was intentional to see if I would be a good fit for the company.
Following successful first interview I was invited to company an online personal assessment. This was a fairly straight forward quiz style assessment to gauge my personality type and problem solving abilities. 30 minute duration and it was not a pass or fail assessment.
Second interview was with more senior members within the team, and another HR manager. Similar to first interview we discussed my background and the interviewers asked more of the same type of questions as the first. This was done to get additional inputs on my fit for the role and specifically the team I would be joining.
The third interview was in person with the CRO and head of consultants team. This was a good opportunity for myself to ask broader questions in regards to the companies future prospects and where it was looking to head in. I was further asked on specific examples of managing clients expectations, what a typical day looked like on my previous role managing clients. Interview went very well and similarly to the first two we ended discussion personal topics of interest.
Successful got an offer and accepted
