I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview. They told me they would let me know about their decision in a week, and they never did. When I inquired directly to my HR contact, she did not respond and instead sent an automated "do not reply" email of rejection. Extremely unprofessional. Ultimately, it was good that I wasn't hired because I would not want to work for such a discourteous company.
