Two interviews. The first was online via zoom, standard competency questions with some more lab work focused questions. Second interview was onsite with a facility tour, similar questions to the first. N.B. though the interviews were very positive and friendly experiences, communication was from JM was lacking. Waited about 3 weeks longer than stated to hear of outcome
