Applied online, received an invitation for an interview within two weeks. Interview took about an hour with two people from the technical side and one from HR. Mostly questions about my background, technical skills, what interested me in the role and my knowledge of the project and the current market and technical developments for the industry. Nothing too technical. Interviewers were pleasant, friendly and had good senses of humour. They offered me the role about a month later but I had already accepted a position at another company. Had I not accepted the other position already I would have accepted the JM offer. As interview processes go it is one of the more pleasant ones.
