I went through a temp agency. Didn't hear back for over 2 month. I was told I would be doing a rotating shift schedule which was a lie. Interview was laid back and extremely easy.

In my opinion, the interview process very straightforward. It started with a preliminary phone interview with HR; this was followed by video interview with hiring managers. The entire process took roughly one month
There were several interviews with various people in the department (PhD level chemists) as well as interviews with HR and lunch with a few of the people who interviewed me.

With a team leader and senior team leader. Mostly informal situation based questions. Some technical questions relating to process development and undergraduate level organic chemistry reactions. Then motivation and competency based questions with a HR representative.
