I responded to a job posting on my university's career center system and had to register and apply also on JNJ's website. I got an on-campus interview with two interviewers taking turns asking a bunch of behavioral questions. They were both just taking turns reading off questions from a piece of paper and it felt like an interrogation. They asked a bunch of typical behavioral interview questions such as describing a time when you displayed leadership or what do you consider your greatest achievements are.
