Received first interview requesting to do a self-interview recording myself answering 3 questions within an automated systems that gave you set time to practice and answer each question. They asked you to complete the interview with a few days. It was not my preferred way to interview. It was very easy to mess up what you were saying because of the rehearsed aspect of the practice. I am much better at answering on the spot with the give and take of an interviewer.
