Went through 5 interview processes on top of providing professional references and did not get the job position. I should have withdrawn my application after the 3rd interview. I went through with 5 different people which 3 of them will not work with me. This company does not have the capabilities of deciding on if an candidate is good and they need to cut down the massive amounts of interviews for a position that is not even close to a managers position.

Applied online, received an email within 48 hours to set up a phone interview. The center I was to be based in hadn't opened yet so they had an open house event upcoming, attended that. The next day got the email with a job offer, pending background check. *Actual interview was basic questions, lots of customer service based questions on how to deal with different situations.
