Interview process with the recruiter and sales manager went well. Very engaging and informative, When it came to the final interview with the President he was very disengaging, hit on everything they asked you to cover and presented very well. Then was notified not selected for the job due to not covering something I wasn't told I would be graded on. Very happy not to accept a job offer here as the final walk through demo is very misleading. Would rather work at a company that has integrity and is upfront with what they are judging you on.

Started with a phone conversation with the Head of P&C who was replacing herself for a contract role. The next stage was a meeting with the CFO. I asked the Head of P&C what to expect in the interview (over email) and got no response, Then I received an invite intended for a different applicant. Then I had a short interview with a very disinterested CFO who told me the culture component of the role was unimportant. I then never heard back. It was a really shambles of a process.
