The owner tours you through the store, explaining how the business is run. Then you sit in the office, and he ask you questions about your work history, and then proceeds to an offer right away. During the interview, it is assumed that you are already hired. During interviews with other employees, he almost hires 99% of whoever comes in. He would rather let them go then decline them a job. It's bittersweet I suppose.
