Met with the manager of project assistants/paralegals, current project assistant, staff attorney, and HR manager. Everyone was really nice but my interview took two days and a total of about 4.5 hours and no one ever contacted me again. Although they requested my availability for the following week to meet with attorneys, I never heard back. I understand if I did not get the job but I believe it is rather unprofessional to keep someone in the interview process for 3 weeks and never contact them again, regardless if you are going to offer them employment or not. Luckily I was hired by another firm the following week.

first interview was a simple phone call. give example of how detail oriented and organized you are. how did you get into major. went across resume. very friendly and easy to chat with.
