I applied online and got an online one-on-one interview via Google Meet. Interviewer talked a lot about the company and the next steps of the interview process. Honestly, I can't remember most of the questions. But I do know that I will never apply to JonesIT ever again. The interviewer knew full well that I was unqualified for the position and yet he still made me sit through this whole interview (30-60min). Please be respectful of other people's time, thanks.

A 30 minute chat over the phone, followed up by two on site interviews. The first is just a culture fit, to make sure that you would match well. The first on site is with two current employees who ask more in depth questions. Followed by a sit down with the CEO.
