I have been at the company for 4 years and have scored in the top 10% on performance reviews each year, but passed over time and time again. It is very political and not based on performace as far as moening up.

It was very quick & smooth. The only challenge is they ask for face to face round for final discussion. So if you are in a different city, you may have to travel. Rest it was very good.

It was an over the phone interview with a recruiter located in the Chicago office. It was a relatively generic interview with the standard "why do you want to work at JLL" and "tell me about your past work experience"

Interview process is according to the HR and company guidelines, starts with HR interview, Manager interview, technical round, then again another round with HR department. Sometimes it also includes written round.
