Long, there was 6 interviews and I didn't get the job. All separated over several weeks. Also took me a significant amount of time to hear back after I didn't find myself in the role.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. It was an online interview that lasted around 30-45 minutes. After the interview, I heard back relatively quickly. The whole time everyone was super nice, supportive, and encouraging.

Rigorous, but a calm environment, it was a 3 step process that they kept asking me about and it got to the end where I finally got it. It was a good experience
Easy with real estate minor experience, basic knowledge of modeling, show you care, know your 5 year plan. They want to know how motivated you are and if they would want to work with you.
