Fui entrevistado pela Jones Lang LaSalle em nov. de 2014
Entrevista
I applied online in early November 2014. Within a couple of days I received a call from a recruiter who went through the basic questions of my resume, why did you leave your last company, what type of salary are you looking for etc. When the initial telephone interview was complete, she schedule a time frame to which HR would contact me to go through a few more details about the position at hand. When I spoke to HR, we set up a date and time for an onsite interview with a group of brokers, managers, marketing and few other superiors. The 2 hour interview, I thought personally went well. Everything they needed in the next Broker Assistant position was everything that I possessed in my background. After the interview I went home and wrote out a variety of thank you emails addressing each individual that I interviewed with... 8 total. Each week that has passed I sent over an additional email to HR indicating how enthused I was with the opportunity to interview and potentially becoming their next Broker Assistant. It's been over a month now and I have not received any feedback whats so ever. It is very discouraging not knowing whether or not you made the cut. And I wish, companies would at least send out an email indicating their acceptance or not of a candidate.

Initial phone screener interview followed by three in-person interviews with a total of five different people.
The process took over three months and I ended up getting ghosted by everybody with whom I interviewed and the recruiter.

Entrevista
I applied online and was interviewed a month later by the person who manages someone in this position via Zoom video call. She told me there was going to be 5 rounds for the interview process but I didn't make it past round one unfortunately. She kept emphasizing that I had to "love" technology and I couldn't really gauge what she meant by that since I feel like that is such a subjective feeling, especially in regards to technology.
The interview was welcoming with lots of questions about my background, experience and skillset from team members and meeting with various people in the office. The interview team was easy to talk to.
