Lengthy and inefficient. 6 interviews but mostly talking about the CV and no skills based or competency based interview / task. Once the interviewer(s) were 45 mins late, walked out for a call in between the interview, second interview they were 7 mins late and last interview they were 30 mins late. All telltale signs of chaos and unprofessional environment rife in the organisation. Tip: (Rule of thumb - If the interviewee is expected to arrive on time for the interview so are the interviewers) If the interviewers turn up late it tells you something about the organisation - do not bother with the next round or accept the offer.
