Primero te contacta una consultora con una entrevista normal, luego te contacta recursos humanos de JLL en esta etapa fueron bastante desprolijos ya que me cambiaron la entrevista por lo menos más de tres veces, una actitud bastante anti profesional. Luego buscan un bilingüe pero con sueldos muy bajos, no recomiendo esta empresa.

The interview process was well-structured and organized. Communication from the HR team was clear and timely, which made the experience smooth. The steps included:
Initial Screening: A brief phone or video call to discuss background and role expectations.
Technical/Functional Round: Focused on experience and problem-solving abilities.
looked as an informal interview. company set up for a zoom call with key operations personnel and country head. country head takes the lead in asking questions. they are most interested in getting a new role in replacement of an existing personnel but could not finalize yet on what they are about to do.
