Very casual, asked about past experience and about interest in real estate and majority of it was tied to what was on my resume. They did ask about excel and what not as well as Microsoft office.

I first applied for the job through their official website and got an online interview chance. However, the online interview was conducted in a way of answering questions from the screen only without any interviewer involved.
