Es handelte sich um eine neutrale Erfahrung, da es nicht hauptsächlich um die Aufgaben und erforderlichen Fähigkeiten der Stelle ging. Es wurden andere Stellen empfohlen, obwohl mein Interesse auf der konkreten Stelle lag, die ich beantragt hatte, was nicht den Erwartungen entsprach.

Overall, the whole interview process was quick and interviewers seemed well trained and efficient in asking questions.
There were two interviews before recieving the offer. The first one was a group interview with 2 other candidates and mainly focussed on my background including academic and extracurricular activities.
The second, which was the last round, was an one-on-one with the head director of the department, and asked about my career expectations.

Entrevista
Questions about qualifications and future prospect in the company for a junior position. Position seems primarily data entry and logging minutes. Upper mobility seems decent at 1.5 year promotion but entry level role seems to be more relevant for someone with 0-1 year experience
