O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Jones Lang LaSalle em mar. de 2011
Entrevista
The initial stage involved a PPT by the JLL team which was adequate. However, the three team members kept repeating that they were way ahead of the competition which seemed pretty arrogant.
The interview was 1 on 1 which was OK. Most questions were behavioural fit questions as well as some questions to assess skills and experience.
The post interview process was very unprofessional. I was told that I had been identified for a particular role for which I would be called for further interviews. However, no calls came. The compensation package offered to those who had been selected was way below industry standards for a company which claims to be a global leader in its field. On request for reconsideration, they came back with cosmetic changes which was not acceptable. None of the 7 candidates selected accepted the offers.
The conduct of the HR rep was found to be quite unprofessional by all candidates. The impression that one got was that they were trying to squeeze the compensation packages as much as possible, and the company was not interested in retention of employees. A use and throw policy.
Overall, an avoidable company as the interests of their employees seems way down in thier list of priorities.

What would you do if you had a client who was not as smart and intelligent as you, but was trying to force their way on an issue which seemed unreasonable.
Interview process was relatively quick and smooth. Firstly, there was a call from HR to know more about yourself and after that, the HR will organise an interview call for you and the hiring manager, where during the interview the hiring manager asked a few questions on Microsoft Teams.
