The process was smooth got an email back with a date to schedule a introductory call. Call was smooth and seemed like I would go on to the next round, however there was a sudden change in decision.

I applied online to JLL. Process took about 3 weeks. 1 phone screen and an in person interview with 2 hiring managers. No technical questions. Relaxed interview. Will have a drug screen and background check.
