Originally HR asked me several questions via email. A video call was scheduled for a panel interview with three interviewers. It was the oddest interview I have ever been in because they asked very long questions filled with corporate buzz words for much of it. I would understand the question but then they would go on and add another 10 to 20 words. I have interviewed for jobs and have interviewed others for years, so I understand the interview process. After answering one question I had to ask them if that answered their question adequately. It felt like they were very invested in corporate buzzwords and had come up with the questions from a list of suggested interview questions that didn’t really pertain to that company although we did discuss my experience a bit, I felt that we didn’t really dig into my experience and how it would relate to the position.

Its been a hit and miss depending on the account. Regional sometimes feels like they don't want to be there doing the interview. After awhile you go from multiple interviews to reaching out to them bc they have bad habit of ghosting people
