Firstly, they called me on Thursday to invite me for an interview the following Tuesday. They also asked me to fill out personality, behaviour and aptitude tests by the end of the week which took an hour of my time. The interview was quite laid back, mostly questions about my experience related to the role. Took an hour. They then took two weeks to tell me I didn’t get the job, that they chose someone else and an ad for the same role went up the same day.
