First I had a screening at the school job fair. Heard back from HR within two weeks to follow up with an in-person interview. Met with the owner and HR for an interview. Heard back within a month for a job offer.

Super easy. More a cultural interview. Questions are not hard and very easy going. Come prepared and you will be fine. Good luck to anyone reading. I would say just ask questions at the very end as well.
