I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, especially after you dedicated your time and energy to the process. As we are very diligent on feedback, this may have been caught up in your spam.
It’s very important to me that every candidate is treated with respect and kept informed throughout, and in this instance, I clearly fell short if the feedback wasn't sent.
