Once I submitted my resume, I was contacted the next day. I had an interview the following week and it was great. They asked about me as a person and my experience with children.

Phone Screen and then Skype Interview. Was made an offer after that initial process. It all happened in under 2 days. I don't really have anything else to add--simply process and the reason I declined was because of the hourly rate.
