The hiring process consisted of an initial interview, a technical interview, and a final interview. I completed all stages, and the HR representative told me she would get back to me within a week. However, when I followed up for an update, I received no response and was essentially ghosted. It would have been more professional if they had just informed me of their decision, whether positive or negative. It feels very unprofessional.

Only went through one interview then after HR called that I was for final interview. Waited for a week until I messaged them for a follow up but no response. Bad way to end an interview process.
