Typical phone interview to talk about the job and the requirements and ask me to give a quick introduction. Move on to a technical interview over the phone. Pretty typical questions. Did a third interview with a higher up individual. Was supposed to be a phone interview but received a link last minute for a video conference. Asked me questions. Talked to me more about the company and what he has been doing for the company. Told me that the next step would be to speak with his boss and as long as I showed passion for what they do I would be hired pretty quickly. It seemed like I was a shoe in for the job. However, after the third interview, I never heard from them again. I sent some emails to the different people I had interviews with and never received a reply. I find this incredibly rude and, because of this, I do not think that this would be a good company to work for. Overall interview experience was good but I gave a thumbs down for the fact that they never responded to my emails.
